I know it's a bit early, but what would be a good time to hold a coffee house? I would suggest holding one in late November or early December.

We could do a christmas party-ish coffe house... with egg nog, hot apple cider and candy canes and a christmas tree, and santa hats! AND christmas carols

A Winter's Tale? I've no idea what that is... but I think it's a book.

Nice! A Winter's Tale is a Shakespeare play and that would make an awesome name for it. I think we should definitely try to encourage attendance since we always do such a lovely job, it would be so nice to have more people come.

I like the idea for the Winter's Tale but don't base it on the book. That would be depressing to put it nicely.......

The shakespeare play A winter's tale is SO depressing. We can come up with an awesome name after the gala.

"A Winter's Tale" is a good name. I remember 2 years ago some council members led carol singing (with instruments like flue + violin etc.) at the December coffee house which was very cool. The shakespeare play A winter's tale is SO depressing. Like most of Shakepeare's plays... haha j/k

Haven't read Winter's Tale, but I believe the plot contains a woman who dies of grief, then her husband makes a statue of her, and at the end the statue comes back to life. Maybe we could do statues as decorations (haha), I don't know if it would work to well to follow the play directly, but the name is neat.

But Winter's Tale is a good name, not a theme .

I agree with shane. A winter's tale would NOT work as a theme. people who see the name might think we themed it according to the shakespeare play and not come. but the name is cool

Okay, we all know now that the name is "Christmakwanzikah" or something to that extent . I still think "Chansolza" is cooler though .

For decorations, I have this little santa with a christmas tree that's about 2 ft tall and if you push a button it tells the night before christmas we should get everyone to bring a bunch of decorations.. and use pine tree trimmings
