Practically speaking, I think that it would add undue difficulty to actually have the retreat across the border, for example, border security, making sure everyone has the necessary documents. Also, Seattle is a rather large city, and not overly familiar to most people, thus, not conducive to creating an effective working atmosphere (unless, of course the goal is simply to "chill", but I was under the impression a later meeting would be for the purpose of planning for next year).
[BTW, What sort of pasta are you talking about, Shane? Personally, I'd go for rotini, but . . .]

But Penne is my personal favorite but spaghetti is what I have most often. I also adore tortellini but Spencer hates them so I don't get them a lot. Overall pasta is awesome .

If we were going to go to Whistler I don't think our priority would be skiing/snowboarding, so if we did have the retreat there in May or June it wouldn't really matter (the mountain closes on April 22 this year).

It really isnt hard to cross the border. you need -signed note from parents -birth certificate or passport
Besides, it's good to try new things and new cities....

I'll do a survey to see where other people want to go and I'll post it.

I was thinking that at the next meeting I could get people to write down where they want to go while doing the attendance......but if you could teach me how to do the survey posts, that would be helpful.
