Byng Arts Representative in Regular Student Council
- Representative must show up to the meetings in both student councils
- Representative must represent the views of the Byng Arts Student Council and thus the Byng Arts Student Body
- Representative must communicate between the two councils, including presenting proposals, giving reports, etc.

Things for Hosts to say
- Chess tournament

Gala Program
- Performers need to write descriptions of their performance

Dress Rehearsal on Thursday After school
- Need to book a room (band room or strings room)

Silhouettes After School
- Beaver, Sydney Opera House, Rainforest, Coliseum
- Thursday: Elizabeth, Jack Xu
- Friday: Bianca Madeira

Coffee House
- Christmas theme?

Man....we got through like, none of that .........or did we?

We got through all of it; some of them were just notes for myself as well . Though we still received limited help with the silhouettes, the few who were there to help got them done. Thank you to everyone who were there to help make the silhouettes; your presence and contribution illuminate the meaning of dedication.
