In the interests of getting the regular student council into this as well, esp. in terms of advertisement, I think we should start by inviting them to assist on Thursday with making the poster for the forum.
Also, do we need some sort of official permission to put the poster there? If we have not at present, I will contact Ms. Taddei.

You know what would be great? If we make a second copy of Sally's poster with a little more detailed information, and took it around Dunbar and West 10th kinda neighborhoods to try and cast a wider net, so to speak. I could take one down to the Well and stuff at lunch, and if we each take two and put them up somewhere (Zulu, Dunbar Community Center, that kinda stuff) we could possibly increase and diversify attendance.

Excellent. We should have the posters ready to be distributed by this Thursday. Could you have a list of the extra information ready by next meeting, Christy?

Ms. Yeung said she can supervise and Mr. Harris said maybe, so I'll check with him before next meeting. I still need to ask Ms. Grant

Hey, everyone! This is my first post, (though totally irrelavent it may be), I can tell I'll be doing this more often...this is FUNNN. **Sigh** if only everything was virtual now-a-days...we could take computer showers and such. The planning for the coffee house is getting along great...good work everyone! I really have nothing to comment on; everything seems to sailing smoothly. On that note, if anyone needs me to do some sort of task, bring anything, find out information, etc... I am at your service! Well, I'll see you guys at school... This is Keneth Rothwell signing off...

who's in charge of the name for the dinner/dance thing, they kinda took our idea( or we took theirs). this didn't work too well, people might not be able to figure out that they're two seperate things. I think that since this coffee house is for everyone, the coffee house notice should be addressed to all the english classes not just the Byng Arts ones.
